Refunds, Returns & Replacements

We must be notified of all problems, shortages, etc., within 5 working days of receipt of order.

If for any reason you cancel your order or it is refused after shipment, a minimum 15% restocking fee, plus the cost of any plants that cannot be reshipped and shipping costs incurred will be charged to your account. There will be no charge for any errors made on our part. If your merchandise does not grow within one growing season, simply contact us and we will replace the product free of charge. If we no longer carry the item(s), we will issue you a merchandise credit for the price you paid for the merchandise. You can use the merchandise credit on any future purchase(s). All returns must obtain prior authorization with our Customer Service department or return shipments will not be accepted.(s).

When ordering perennials, please keep in mind that perennials need to be harvested dormant or they will go into shock and die. When we receive our perennials, we attempt to keep them in a dormant state, while some are grown in our greenhouses in perfect growing conditions.

Upon receipt of your shipment, you may notice some of the growth has started to die. Understandably, as they have been removed from the perfect growing environment, packaged up with no light or water, and shipped. You may also feel that the plants appear dead. This is certainly not the case! Once you get your perennials planted, they will need a few weeks to reestablish and get used to their new home. With this in mind, understand that it could take 4-6 weeks for you to see the results of a happy, healthy perennial in your garden.

Clearance Sale Replacements: If an item(s) purchased from a clearance sale does not grow within a year of the order date, simply contact us and we will issue you a merchandise credit for the price you paid for the merchandise. You can use the merchandise credit on any future purchase(s).
