You may elect to pay by credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Optima or Visa. Your order will be charged to your credit card at time of placement. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments.
For those customers having credit established with us, our terms are net 30 days. For those commercial customers interested in opening an account, please write or fax for a credit application and include 3 references in the horticultural trade (no D&B or bank references, please). Credit applications will take approximately 3 weeks to process. Please note: We will only open a new account if your opening order is $500.00 or more.
Our wholesale department accepts orders as low as $50.00 (before shipping charges). We don't believe that you should be overburdened by more merchandise than you need, but because of the high cost of handling small orders, we cannot accept internet orders below our $50.00 minimum.
Prices listed on this web site are for "all of one variety or color" -- we cannot split lots. However, if you're looking for smaller quantities of a variety of products, you may want to consider some of our special collections found throughout the catalog.
Although we try not to make errors, they occasionally do occur. We must be notified of all problems, shortages, etc. within five working days of receipt of order.
Clearance Sales: Please note: If item(s) purchased from a clearance sale do not grow, will issue you a merchandise credit for the cost of the item(s) at the time of purchase.
If, for any reason, you cancel your order, or it is refused after shipment, a minimum 15% restocking fee, plus the cost of any plants that cannot be reshipped and any shipping costs incurred, will be charged to your account. There will be no charge for any errors made on our part. All returns should obtain prior authorization with our customer service department or return shipments will not be accepted.
